Vida Healing currently offers private, in-person, one on one breathwork sessions:
Each of your 3-hour Breathwork Sessions will include:
One on One session planning, a supportive check-in, and intention setting
A personalized breathwork experience based on your current needs
Integration support & tools to help you integrate and process any emotions or insights that may come up for you during your breathwork journey
Also Included: Essential Oil Diffusing (optional)
Diffusing essential oils post-breathwork is a great way to ground and reconnect with the space around you.
You will choose which oil you would like at the beginning of your session. The set that we use includes a range of oils like lavender, grapefruit, palo santo, orange, spearmint, and sage, among others.

Old Bridge Location
Vida Healing's main studio is located in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
The Old Bridge location offers a safe and private space that was designed so that clients can get the most out of their breathwork experience.
This location is a great option for those who live in the Central New Jersey areas like Middlesex County, Monmouth County, and Ocean County.

Bloomfield Location in Partnership with
Held is a beautiful wellness studio in Bloomfield, New Jersey that was created with the vision of offering a safe space for those navigating grief, major life transitions, or for those simply looking for a kind and supportive space to unplug from the craziness of life for a few hours.
Held's location offers access to Vida Healing's breathwork sessions as well as access to Held's highly qualified massage therapists who have specialized training in a wide range of topics and healing modalities including grief, trauma, internal family systems, reiki, and more.
Returning breathwork clients from either location can also book Breathwork + Massage Sessions at Held. This is a unique offering that combines the transformative benefits of breathwork with the deeply restorative benefits of a Held massage.
This location is a great option for those who live in proximity to Jersey City, New York City, and Northern New Jersey areas.
Pay What You Can Sessions

The intention behind offering Pay What You Can sessions is to create a bridge between those who feel that they are in need of support via Vida Healing's breathwork services but the listed rates do not feel accessible at this time.
